Booking conditions

Booking conditions for BoSmart furnished hotel apartments in Gothenburg.

Minimum rental period:
StaySmart II and III at least two nights.
StaySmart V minimum rental period one week.
Our lowest rates are for bookings two months and longer and include cleaning, change of bed linen and clean towels every fortnight.

Advance payment:
Payment by credit card is not possible.
30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and must be paid within a week. 70% of the total cost must be paid 10 days before arrival date.

Cancellation:
If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30% of total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Meals:
Meals are not included in the price.
